They review each Lingerie Box style quiz and select based on information provided. Lingerie Box is usually shipped within 14 days.

If products we select do not fit or you do not like what we have selected for you, please contact us and speak to one of our stylists. They will ask you few questions to try to understand what we need to change for replacement box and issue prepaid return label to return items to us. All items returned must be unworn with original tags attached. Once we receive the return, replacement box will be mailed to you.
